Katy has been abusing me along with a handful of other players on the server, she has also been picking fights, using harsh racism to my friend who is asian saying 'Your Asian English is stupid' but his english is perfectly fine. She has alaso been making fun of other's personalitites and insulting people with words like 'gay', 'idiot', 'stupid' ect. The other day me and another player were talking about how we like our favourite book series Harry Potter, the other player was misspelling some words which other people were not bothered about but Katy just had to insult him saying, 'your english is terrible I bet you get stupid marks at school'. I said to her that putting people down like that isn't cool but she just retorted with a bunch of snide rude comments. Usually she threatens people saying 'if you are mean to me i will contact momo or other staff' and dobs other players in for something small or nothing really worth complaining about. Katy sometimes blames her bad mood on her 'depression' or 'high anxiety' but by the look of her constant and bubbly actions, its hard to belive such a person has such serious problems, lying is another point and also spamming chat sometimes or ecssesive caps. This Is not right. Saying "idiot" or things like that to people deserves a Warning. Exessive being rude maybe a mute. The thing that is really bad is the rasisim. We're all different; we're also the same, If ya get what im saying xD

I'm not going to ask this again; but your recommendations on what a player should be punished with is becoming irritating.

I understand you believe this is a justifyable cause; but at the same time we have means of handling this.
