I have decided it is now time for there to be a variant of player support rather than just through the forums.

I have decided I will be making a player support channel via Teamspeak; and I will also be making a player support Skype account that will generally either be run by me or another staff member (If it's by me; I'll run it through my phone.)

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns. Please feel free to ask.

•  How will this help?

               Well; I know that some issues are handled at a later date. With a lot of time on my hands, I thought I could come up with an idea that adds ease to the situation.

• Who will run it?

               I will most likely, which I have no problem with. I may not be active at all times.

• What if I don't have skype or teamspeak? 

             I will make a way that will suffice to those who can't use it. It's not hard to do. :) 

Rules for this system!

1. Don't abuse it! I'm serious, I'm not going to answer simple questions, please make sure it's something dire. I'll make a system that will allow you to type something based on your situation.
2. DON'T SPAM IT. I will delete and block your account from it. This is a privledge, I will not let it go being used all lightly.
3. I am human too, please don't push me to solve something. I will be running this system alone probably; which means that I will contact other staff if I can't get around to it. 
4. I hate lists.
5. and Counting.
6. 4,5, and 6 are all just irony. There's just 3 rules.
