I rekon if you play a bit of 1.7.2 it might allow u to use 1.6.4

If you place down in Singleplayer 1.7.2 a colored glass and then switch over to 1.6.4 and get on the Singleplayere server where you put down the block, it makes a block called Lock Chest. XD It's so weird
