It might not be rf9661. it could be the F34R (Either F34RTEHCR33PER or F34RTEHR34PER or both) Cuz they were the last people i let them to my base. i trusted both of them so i just need a staff member to logblock/

I realise now that this rule contradicts the general theme of the server, which is that raiding is allowed. We're removing this rule now. Be careful with who you trust in the future.

As for this specific case, rf9661 was not an ally of your faction so he did not break any rules.

Auctally he did, he just removes factions and then remakes them so we were auctally allys working together.
