One inter-server chat channel is what I suggest.

As for moderating. this would allow the staff members to monitor chat on servers they aren't even on. Say Player A advertises on Survival. Staff member B, who is on creative can ban A from survival via this inter server connected thing. If taht can't be done. He/she can also do /survival and /ban A .

Or, to keep things simple. we can just have inter server messaging. 

I think it would be pretty cool to have this implemented! :)
